Ooohhhh. That sounds like it might be fun. I made a dress for one of my daughters (think Grace Kelly strapless with big skirt) that had boning in the bodice. It was very similar to basic corset making. It was a very satisfying thing to make (and has become one of her very favorite dresses, emerald green taffeta).
